2. How do I apply to a job posting?

Posted job ads are displayed within the public pages of itprosasia.com. Registered members must log in to be able to apply. Only registered members can apply. If you are not yet an itprosasia.com member, click here to register.

3. How do I create my resume?

After you log in with your username and password, proceed to My Profile and then click Create Resume. Complete the required information and make sure to provide accurate and current information.

4. How do I update my resume?

Log-in with your username and password. Proceed to My Profile then Edit your Personal Information, Contact Information, and Employment History. Click Submit so the changes you made will reflect.

5. What is the maximum file size for uploading my picture?

Maximum file size is 15 kb in jpg or gif format, preferably 110 x 115 pixels.

6. What do I do when I forget my password?

From the tech professional main page, click Forgot Password? and a link will be sent to your e-mail address to enable you to change your password directly from the Tech Professional Account Info. Section.

7. How will I receive career matches?

You must be logged in to be able to access the My Profile tab. From there go to Personal Settings and tick your preferences for receiving Career Match Notices.

8. How do I turn-off email notifications?

After logging in, click thru the My Profile tab then go to Personal Settings. You may switch off e-mail notifications and notices in this section.

9. Can I search for a job even if I'm not a member?

Yes, non- itprosasia.com members may search for tech-related job openings. Job openings posted at itprosasia.com are found within the public pages of the site. However, applying to job openings is a privilege for itprosasia.com registered members only. If you are not yet a member, click here to register.

10. Is there someone who can assist me in the process of registration?

12. Do you de-activate accounts?

Yes, we de-activate accounts due to inactivity. Inactivity means not updating your resume or logging in to your account for 90 days or 3 months straight. Account will be deactivated after a total period of 6 months of inactivity. An e-mail notification is sent to you a month before de-activation of account in order to avoid actual de-activation.

13. How are accounts re-activated?

14. Do you blacklist accounts?

Yes, we blacklist accounts of those who do not comply with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
