Job Description
Ability to give productive, direct feedback to trainees concerning communication and language skills.
Ability to identify basic language challenges and introduce effective means to improve.
Capacity to comprehend curriculum facilitation, methodology, styles, presentation and classroom delivery plans including creative training techniques specific to adult learners.
Able to facilitate training using effective presentation and classroom management skills.
Ability to exhibit consistent exceptional communication skills.
Ability to plan and organize, and schedule workflow to meet rigid project deadlines.
Tech Professional Description
Bachelor’s degree in any related field. Graduate degree preferred.
1 year experience in training/ teaching required.
3-5 years experience in call center preferred.
Outstanding written and oral English communication skills.
Knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Office application software.
Previous training and/or quality experience preferred.
Cultural knowledge and exposure to host country preferred.
