    Tech Professional Description

    * Extensive knowledge TCP/IP
    * Knowledge of data cabling standards
    * Knowledge and experience on working with Remote Control Tools
    * Experience with network analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
    * Must be able to walk an end user through as many scenarios as possible to find the root cause to common issues related to hardware and software
    * Demonstrate attention to details, team player, self motivated
    * Willing to work on shifts and has clear understanding of 24/7 help desk operation
    * With at least 1 experience as a Technical Support Specialist or helpdesk
    * MCDST or A+ certification is a plus
    * Must have above average communication skills
