Job Description
To provide a professional and efficient customer support/service function for all Sykes Clients/Account Team across all Sykes Manila Centers, in line with Sykes and client contractual requirements via email and phone callbacks.
Tech Professional Description
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor''s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1+ years helpdesk & customer service experience via phone and email
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
• 4 Full-Time and Contract position available.
