Job Description
-Document all customer calls in call tracking system.
- Parts sales and order processing.
- Use knowledgebase tools to search for customer solutions.
- Utilize all product documentation to provide customers answers to questions and problem resolution.
- Repair/Work Order processing.
- Escalate calls to designated Escalation Team as per escalation procedures.
Tech Professional Description
- At least 2 years of college study. University degree preferred.
- Preferably with Minimum of 6 months call center experience
- Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and internet.
- A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
