Provide technical voice telecommunications support for Call Center, Performing System Management and Preventive Maintenance for Avaya systems – including all switch and voice mail programming, local CMS report management, IVR port and CTI application support, circuit and toll free service order processing and installation; 24/7 on call coverage, toll free call routing
Tech Professional Description
Must be certified Avaya System Administrator with 7-10 years experience – of which 5 years in S8700 systems; Must be experienced in call center operation (IVR/CTI/Switch) and have heavy vector writing skill; VoIP networking, call dialer experience and MDF/IDF cross connect field troubleshooting skills are advantages but not required
